Dr. Bhaven Sayania—better known around the office as Dr. S—brings warmth, experience, and expertise to every appointment. He grew up in Auburn, Alabama (War Eagle!) and discovered his passion for dentistry in high school after shadowing his family dentist. He went on to earn his undergraduate degree from Auburn University, and completed both dental school and orthodontic residency at the University of Pennsylvania. As a board-certified orthodontist with 8 years of experience, Dr. S is committed to delivering exceptional care to the Monroe community.

Three years ago, Dr. S had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the beloved practice of Dr. Pinsak, a longtime Monroe orthodontist. Now, he’s proud to continue the legacy of a practice that has transformed generations of smiles—with the same friendly charm and a renewed energy for the future.

The heart of Pinsak and Sayania Orthodontics is our incredible team. With over 20 years of combined experience, our staff is passionate, skilled, and genuinely cares about our patients. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by familiar faces like Aieral, our Practice Coordinator, Carolyn, our Financial Coordinator and Heather, our Treatment Coordinator, along with our amazing clinical assistants—Brittany, Loren, Leny, Maddison, and Lexi. Our office has been a Monroe favorite for more than 45 years, known lovingly in the community for its unique beach house aesthetic—an homage to Dr. Pinsak’s original vision.
